with four full days of events and fireworks on Saturday. The festivities will run Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, July 3, 4, 5, 6, 2015. Everyday there will be ongoing events like free concerts in Wiggins Park, military displays and demonstrations, attractions, amusements, giveaways, the Teach Fleet Lego Display on the Battleship New Jersey, all American food vendors, a beer garden featuring Flying Fish Brewery, Hippo Haven at Adventure Aquarium and other special events at the battleship.
On Thursday there’s a Let Freedom Rock Concert with WMGK broadcasting live from Wiggins Park and a live concert by The Sofa Kings. Later there will be a concert featuring Styx, Don Felter, and Foreigner at the Susquehanna Bank Center.
On Friday there’s five hours of free concerts at Wiggins Park. The performers include: The Marino’s Wave Runner Show with the sounds of summer & the beach, The Mainstage Harmony Show Choir presenting a “Salute to America” and The Girls Next Door with the sights,sounds and music of the Military and Patriotic songs from the 1940’s through today. Later there will be a performance by Zydeco A-Go-Go with the music and spirit of New Orleans and finally Wall street will perform the classic music of the Temptation, the Four Tops, the Spinners & more.
On Saturday the fun starts at 3:00 p.m. and lasts through the night until the fireworks show at 9:00 p.m. The display is listed as being the largest fireworks show in the region. The free concerts at Wiggins Park will feature: Billy D’ Lite with an old fashioned sing-a-long party, Steve Pullara & His Cool Bean with the best in children’s entertainment and the Sara Spicer Country Show bringing popular country music to the Camden Waterfront. Also featured will be the Beat-Tells reliving the 1960’s and the magic of the Beatles and finally the Sounds of Society with the music of Chicago to get the crowd rocking & dancing all the way to the fireworks. There will also be a Battleship Blast event at Battleship New Jersey featuring a surf and turf dinner and an open bar and one incredible location to enjoy the fireworks display. Tickets are $175.00 per person.
On Sunday there will be a salute to our troops with reduced admission at Adventure Aquarium and Battleship New Jersey.

Anchored by the Battleship New Jersey Museum & Memorial and Adventure Aquarium, the second annual Camden Waterfront Freedom Festival, sponsored by Coca-Cola, will be better than ever – including the region’s largest display of fireworks, sponsored by Adventure Aquarium on Saturday, July 4.
The Camden County Board of Freeholders, the City of Camden, the Parking Authority of the City of Camden and Cooper’s Ferry Partnership have come together to host this four-day patriotic celebration of America’s birthday and America’s heroes. People of all ages will enjoy live music, entertainment, military displays and demonstrations, attractions, amusements, contests, food concessions and a beer garden featuring local New Jersey beer along Wiggins Park and the waterfront promenade, topped off with magnificent views of the Philadelphia skyline and Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
The Freedom Festival will kick off on Friday, July 3, at 11 a.m. featuring the pre-celebration for 102.9 FM WMGK’s 13th Annual Let Freedom Rock Fest. In addition to the Festival’s family-focused attractions, games and amusements, WMGK will host live music featuring their former house band, the Sofa Kings and activities leading up to the 6 p.m. concert at Live Nation’s Susquehanna Bank Center. The concert will feature Foreigner, Styx and former Eagles guitarist Don Felder.
On Saturday, July 4, the Festival will feature all things red, white and blue for South Jersey’s premier Independence Day celebration. Live bands, military vehicles and Armed Forces displays will fill the Camden Waterfront with patriotic music and activities from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The Adventure Aquarium Waterfront Fireworks Celebration will serve as the pinnacle to the festival Saturday night, July 4, after the Camden County Freedom Concert beginning at 3 p.m.
Sunday, July 5, will close out the weekend with special discounts for active military and veterans and their families at both Adventure Aquarium and the Battleship New Jersey Memorial & Museum. Adventure Aquarium will offer $10 admission to active and retired members of the military and their families; military ID required. The Battleship New Jersey will offer World War II veterans and former crew members of the USS New Jersey free admission all day. Additionally, a Fire power audio tour will also be offered to veterans for $15 per person.
Concessions, featuring a variety of food and drink options, will be available for purchase throughout the festival. Additionally, the Freedom Festival Beer Garden will be open during regular festival hours from July 3-5th.
